how to clear the community of a majority of toxic people

use the report button. if they verbally abuse someone, report them. if they harass someone, report them. if they call someone a f--got or a n--ger, report them. i don't care if they are your friend, if you're duo'd with them or whatever. they're toxic if they do any of that and you shouldn't be supportive of it. if they joke about autism or mental deficiencies, report them. if they tell someone they hope they get cancer, die, break their neck, etc., report them. very simple way to clean up the community.

Get to the root of the problem of what makes people toxic. Nobody wants to do anything about that part though. They don't even want to have a discussion about it.

normally what makes people toxic is them being tilted from a previous game, or someone being toxic to them. which in my opinion, is no reason to take things out on your current team.

Toxic people can be broken down into 2 groups:

People that think it's funny to flame (these are typically the 12 year old kids that got their call of duty taken away from them). Can be seen spamming chat with fgot and nger.

People that "flame" trolling players.

Ban the trolls and ban the people spamming racial/sexist remarks and toxicity is solved. The problem is, they don't address the second one whatsoever, as Dragfin alluded to.

You posted that either they were tilted the prior game or someone was toxic to them. I posted that we need to find the root (this means the beginning) of the toxicity. You didn't respond to that at all. Find the root and discuss. Most people do not want to discuss that.

I'm sorry you don't get it. Till the players that do it, get it, we will always have toxicity. Till RIOT does something harsh about it, we will always have toxicity. Keep playing though and maybe one day you will get it.

It was. It might be worse today because RIOT don't do anything meaningful about it and allows people to do what they want for the most part without repercussion.
