im soooooooooooooo tired of seeing them and i cant waste bans on them to stop them from poping up can you people play other adc champs like kog'maw or varus or ashe or something ffs

They're impactful champions (especially in the mid-game) that scale pretty well. Kog Varus and Ashe are very weak early and require the aid of their team to teamfight. It's just how the meta is.

Or they are just broken champions with little to no drawbacks early game, despite being late-game hyper carries.

With the ADc meta how it is, they're the only champions who can actually do something without the need of their team babysitting them. It takes far too much skill to play ADc, and far to little skill to kill an ADc (Unless they have bullshit range or a spammable invisibility (or free kite... zzzz)).

Varus is a shit ADC.

Kog is very tough to play and takes forever to get decent.

Ashe is like Kalista, but without the mobility.

The reason why Vayne and Jinx are popular is that most hyper-early game ADCs are weak, making hyper-late game ADCs strong. They are also very simple to play. Lastly, Solo Queue is a mainly mid-late game oriented environment, making mid-late game champions the most popular.
