Riot Let me see the freaking champ list when others are picking already

so on top of the lag i sometime get when selecting a champ so it doesn't lock in right away. with the new reduced lock in time i'm scrambling like a mad man to lock in a champ. Riot i own everychamp do you realize how long it take me to make last second changes. im getting punished for dodges because i can't find the champ im looking for in a situation where i don't want i specific champ i just want a champion that can fit the roll i am trying to play or counter the exact champ i'm trying to fight. Your punishing people for not being 100% sure of the champ they wanna play from the very beginning of the champ select what if my damn champ gets banned. than i'm stuck with nothing but my brain going all over the place.

tl;dr PLEASE ADD THE CHAMP LIST ALREADY. IT'S BEEN WAY TOO DAMN LONG WITHOUT IT. AND IT'S REALLY STARTING TO GET ANNOYING.
