Lucian Ult Buff
What if, whenever Lucian killed an enemy with The Culling, the length of the channel was extended by two seconds for every kill? Just a thought, because I think his ult is kinda underpowered.

His ult is not nearly as underpowered as you think.
It kinda is (IMO), either your use high Ad for more strenght, but less shot and attack speed is visversa. It can only hit one champ at a time, can be interupted by hard cc, and doesn't do that much damage to begin with. Your ult in lane, any gap closer can dodge it, try to use it one a squish target, tanks plays bullet sponge and hardly feels it. It just to easy to counter, and it isn't strong enough to be that easy to counter.
