Bots are everywhere

Last I checked, when I click on that big play button and play a PvP match on Twisted Treeline, Crystal Scar, or Howling Abyss, PvP means there should be other people, not a bunch of bots who would sooner run into a fight, than cast their abilities smartly. At first it's a little difficult to spot a bot, but there are plenty of signals:

1. A bot always instalocks, with summoner spells like ghost and clarity.
2. A Kog'Maw bot will run away when his passive kicks in, rather than using it to deal some damage.
3. A Karthus bot will sit there and do nothing when their passive kicks in.
4. Bots are dumb. Like worse than Co-op vs. AI dumb. These bots are everywhere in the game EXCEPT SUMMONER'S RIFT!
