Why doesn't Riot have live support?

after having to wait on multiple occasions for up to a couple of days for riot to respond to tickets, I was just wondering why riot doesn't have live support. It would make a lot more sense for them to have this and not have to deal with tickets. It would make the community a lot more happy and could offer up a better outlet for pressing issues that come up during regular play of their game.

PROS -would be better for the community to get an instant reply to their issues -it could give more jobs to people in the area -could relieve some of the backup of tickets that seem to sit around for days until a reply is made

CONS -I'm sure that it would be abused by many people crying about "OP" champions and things like that -may take a while to set up and get going with reliability -People will have to handle all of the angry league players

to counteract these cons people dealing with these "Toxic" players could just simply end the conversation and move on to people with actual problems (which may take a while to sift through sometimes) and i'm sure people will wait any amount of time for something like this to happen

if live support at riot is completely out of the question Riot could set up a system where players help other players kind of like XBOX's system of anyone that apply's and gets accepted could help others out you could start by only allowing people that have been accepted to the PBE to apply because they have already proven to be nice players that know at least something
