If I get a mastery chest for a champion I have mastery rank 5 on, will I be able to get another?

I've had rank 5 Lucian on a smurf for quiet some time now, and when the hextech crafting was introduced, I got a skin for him out of it. Will I be able to get another skin for him if I continue to play him and do well(getting more S ratings)?
