Flat AD Quints provide 2.25 at all levels. Scaling AD Quints provide .25 AD per level, coming equal with their flat counterparts at level 9. Eventually reaching 4.5 AD from a single Quint, double the amount of one flat AD quint.

Flat AS Quint Provides 4.5% at all levels. A scaling AS Quint will provide .5% AS per level, becoming equal to its flat counter part at level 9. Eventually reaching 9% AS at level 18, doubling the amount given from one flat AS quint.
