I believe that by allowing cleanse to break zhonyas/bard ult effect, we will see more midlane champions taking cleanse. The new effect will reward mechanically adept summoners for making making outplays, and also encourage mids to take a less common summoner spell.

Top: Always tp (ignite if feeling cheesy) Jungle: Smite Mid: Ignite, ghost, barrier, teleport, exhaust, heal (to a certain extend) ADC: Heal Support: Exhaust or ignite
