Wheres Renekton?

For someone who has been herald as the king of the early game he is strangely absent from this early game meta that it seems like he should be thriving in.

Edit: So I decided to check Champion.gg for top lane play rates and Renekton is number 6 at 6.46%. It's weird he's above Jayce and below Garen.

i've been seeing him more recently problem is if he doesnt get a lead he automaticly becomes useless. and it's easy as fuck to peel him off unless he is hyperfed.
