What League site is this?

There was a site I saw a while ago and I forgot to bookmark it.

It showed all your recent games then ranked you based on performance in that game...

like you might be Platinum in warding, Silver in kills, Gold in deaths, etc, and it gave you a rank for the overall game performance.

Anyone know?
