Not really.
Urgot's "4-leg design" is something that dates back to the I guess earlier days of sci-fi, rather than a reference to any newer titles.
If anything, Urgot is probably inspired by the Dragoons or Immortals from Starcraft, where them Protoss put seriously injured/crippled veteran but diehard soldiers back to use by putting them in 4-leg machines. Urgot is very similar to that.
