hello i have a laptop and i can run med high on league with 70 fps with nothing on the screen but i get 30 when in teamfights, i was wondering how do i get better fps im not a computer wiz but i just want a computer laptop or pc that i can run league on high and get great fps i dont want some 3 thousand dollar computer i just dont know what i need for a good gaming computer, can somone please help? (also id like to run games lik h1z1 and stuff like that)

Try turning the shadows completely off and turning the effects down to low. Keep your environment and character textures the same. I don't have the best computer either but this helps me.
