Craft rune pages

Actually this thread is related to the one who is on the front page at the moment (the one were he would like to do something with his blue essence). But for a while now, I was wondering if it wouldn't be cool to craft runepages because they are very expensive and they are the buy you look forward to the least; cause you spend 6300 ip and then you still have to buy runes, and would it be much cooler to have a new champion. Maybe even let us craft runes, those movementspeed runes are still worth a bunch of ip, but preferably i would like it, that runes would be just an extra gift additionally to a skin or champion shard (cause they are random anyway so you don't know if you will need them)
