Super Galaxy Skins Approximate Release Date?

At first, I detested players who pleaded so vigorously for an approximate release date of the upcoming "Super Galaxy" skins, yet here I am, expecting the skins to have been released yesterday or today (given that it has been a week since the patch update). I understand that Taliyah and her skin would be Riot's priority, but it seems that more players are interested in the new skins.

Hopefully, Riot releases them today because with Overwatch just coming out, I'm thinking about spending my money on that rather than $30 on skins that haven't been released yet. i'm not sure, but I'm pretty fed up with waiting already.

So, to Riot, when are the skins coming out?

Yeah, I would like to know too. I've had the RP for SG Kindred for a week now. All the work that had to be done on the skins has been done, and I don't understand the delay in unlocking them.
