please make the penalty for leaving a champ select longer.. i have been in 9 queues and someoen waits till the last 10 seconds and leaves almost every time because the penalty for leaving is like 20 seconds so who cares might as well get a laugh and troll the 9 other people in the queue
lol its already long as hell. trio mate forgot to ban 3 times and got that 30 min wait. Thats long enough for simple mistakes.
Players are tired to succumb to "team mates" that ban your picks or pick them themselves because they think to be funny. It has come to a point where leaving the queue is still better than play in such enviroment.
Bring back Team Builder and you'll see this will fix itself.
