Does anyone know how to disable forced windows updates?

I'm posting this from my phone. I was in the middle of a ranked match, and after first blooding Yasuo (FeelsGoodMan) I got hit with a forced Windows update. I have it disabled in settings, but is there anything else I can do to make sure this doesn't happen again, so I can go back to playing my ranked game?
