Shouldn't there be more reward for reaching lvl 30?

I feel like the people who grind to reach lvl 30 (everyone) needs more rewards. We work hard just to reach lvl 30 and start ranked--atleast that was my objective, and boy did i regret that--, but i feel we just don't get what we deserve. The game is without a doubt fun, but I've had friends start the game then just quit kuz it took too long to reach lvl 30.

So, my suggestion is a sort of Achievement system. Somewhat similiar to the Refer-a-Friend system it would give small but helpful rewards for reaching certain points. We currently get 400 RP upon reaching lvl 3, but that is the only reward, beside the unlocking of summoner spells and whatnot and lets admit that's not exactly something to really be excited about.

Upon reaching pivotal levels we should get more than just the unlocking of rune pages, masteries, and summoner spells. Level 10 and 20 should both give some kind of RP or IP reward. Or even something equivalent to those, like a mystery skin or champ. There should also be rewards for reaching win, takedown, and cs milestones. I won't go into depth without your feelings, so tell me what you think. I'm open to all ideas.

I think this is a bad idea because I don't think that reaching level 30 is much of an achievement at all, as evidenced of my knowing alot of people who have leveled smurfs in relatively short time periods. In all honesty, I don't even think there should be a leveling system. It's basically a forced tutorial fmpov. I think there should be an option to just play at lv30 from the getgo (as long as you can link another account that is already lv30). Combine this with a rule that says that you can only have runes (and maybe masteries) for a few champs an account, makes it more likely that making another account to smurf would be too time consuming for trolls to reliably take advantage of. I think this would both erase alot of the anonymity of smurfs as well as make the game more compartmentalized and modular, allowing for easier policing of behavioral problems like toxicity as well as re-enforce the notion that you should really get to know a champion before you play them in ranked games (preventing new players from hampering those with more experience, kind of like what team builder is supposed to do).

More reward for reaching level 30? This is preposterous! Once you get to level 30, you get the absolute worst of the league community: The try-hard low-elo ranked players!

What more could you possible want?

The idea of rp reward is not because lvl 30 is an achievement. I think i speak for everyone when i say reaching lvl 30 is a pain in the butt. We hould have some reward at lvl 10, 20 and 30 to keep us interested and happy in the game, or this is just another one time play then rage quit game. We havent been playing the game for rewards, weve been playing for fun. But satisfaction is a topic long lost in LoL. Not everyone can spend on rp.
