Just some ideas to reduce future bard trolls

I thought about it for a while and I came up with some somewhat viable ideas. When allies are hit with bards ultimate they should be able to cancel the stasis effect at any time. As for the portals, when enemies go through them they should suffer some effects once they exit. I've been thinking about the best way to impede the enemy from just following through at full strength. I was thinking that they could suffer an effect called "whiplash". This whiplash effect would give some form of CC to an enemy that goes through the portal. Or perhaps, take increased damage for a limited time after exiting the portal. Please state some ideas as to what you guys think would help prevent troll Bards.

I was about to bash you for dising bard but that isn't a bad idea but i feel like after the first month of him being out there will be as many bard trolls as there are troll anivias which i haven't seen any

Both of those would be massive improvements to his abilities.

Whiplash, Reduced move speed by 10% for 1 second, Not much but it's enough if you're running for your life. -Tunnels can be destroyed by allies. If it is the newest tunnel (and they destroy it) cooldown reduced by half (I forgot to check if he has mana) but no mana return. Cancelling the stasis effect sounds a little unfair imo, but at the same time it's like a Sejuani ult, that can affect turrets, but in my opinion the cancelling stasis early is just for the turrets sake, If you stasis the enemies (lucky 5 man hit + turret) and your teammates break out early, they can reposition to move the turret aggro onto someone else making the defending team easily unable to defend their turret any longer. Just my opinion (:

These are some pretty good ideas. I think it should be based around an exhaust like affect after enemies exit the portal. Not as hardcore as exhaust, but still enough that it hinders them from just coming through at full strength.
