For Riot, on Champ Emotes

When designing your champs who thinks of the jokes, the taunt and the Dance, and what do you do to decide the dance? I never really thought about it, but it has to be the champ designer was watching YouTube and found some cool dance thing which they wanna make that champ do. Like the idea of Ezreal having Haruhi Suzumiya's OP song dance was great lol.
