So can someone please explain to me what the big deal of hitting lvl 30 is besides being able to play rank? I just hit lvl 30 a few days ago and now normal games just feel kinda pointless. I feel like im getting less ip per win and now im not getting any xp at all. So what was the big deal of hitting lvl 30?

being able to play ranked. full rune pages, full mastery pages. that's all.
Can you confirm the IP thing? Because IP from what I've heard is the same for all levels (unless you had an IP boost that expired). Also consider your first win of the day gives +150 IP, I think. Something like that. Oh and IP should be time based, more for a victory, etc etc.
ANYWAYS, advantages to 30? Well, tier 3 runes start at 20 so not that, BUT, you get FULL masteries (all 30), as well as ranked! And that's pretty much it I believe. But hey, what more do you want? :P Cause I can't think of anything else... I mean, ranked is pretty much the post-30 goal, you know?
Less toxic players, there's still toxic players but less unless you are one of them. And access to solo Queue if you want to play this game competitively.
