Rod of ages
Rod of ages passive where it gives + stats every min needs to go on a unique passive. Ive seen multiple games where people just build nothing but rod of ages and there is nothing you can do against it.

um yeah wonderful. It's a decent item, and scales as time goes on so you don't get too huge of a powerspike early game for what it gives.

Stacking multiple Rod of Ages is typically inefficient because of how much of the item's value is tied up in mana. Few champions have large enough mana issues that having multiple RoAs is useful.
For the few champions who benefit from stacking mana either due to their kit or mana costs (i.e. 
), they are typically sacrificing other important items if they decide to stack them.
