They're not currently bad. All champs CertainlyT has touched have been absolutely game breaking cancer on release though. Thresh and Zyra especially.
Also, to the OP, CertainlyT didn't make Zed. He did rework Graves and Caitlyn though.

It has taken considerable gutting to get his champs into a good place. As in remodeling aspects of the kit.
