From this view the Runesystem has some pay - to - win components. The prices of runes are IP costy in themselves and prevent players from getting extra champions early, but the price of runapages also robs them from customization and leaves them with the feeling of unfairness when they fight an enemy with several and diverse runepages full . Runepages should be cheaper if the rune prices are to stay this way.
