So Twitch is now the Marksman with the longest wait since his last skin...

And on top of that none of his skins even change particle effects. The only adc that I have at 5 or above is Twitch, and with him being the first champion I ever really mained, I've been with him since well before the visual update. Twitch is not a pretty Champion, but he does deserve some love. Even his most recent skin, Samsung White, which did add a recall animation (the only skin that has one besides his base animation), didn't change particle effects in any way, and still came out longer ago than the newest skin for any other marksman. Some, like Draven and Varus, have even gotten multiple skins since Twitch's last. I would love to hear any ideas for a Twitch skin, but mine personally are The Magnificent Twitch, with a magician theme similar to Twisted Fate, Bath-time Twitch as a hilarious juxtaposition, or a re-imagining of Medieval Twitch where his w is a pot of boiling oil and his passive indicator is black. Heck, they could even just UPDATE Medieval Twitch as its one of THE RAREST and currently UNOBTAINABLE skins in the game, and as such deserves some love. I didn't grind smurfs to level 10 for nothing...

*Edit: I should point out that Ezreal and Corki both have Arcade skins being added to the PBE after this current patch cycle, that is that the skins are not coming to live with the new patch, but to the pbe after the new patch. Corki was the only Marksman with a longer wait since last skin.
