Moral Alignments for every Champion

To start off with, I love League of Legends, not just the gameplay but every aspect of it. The lore can be so deep interconnected, and the universe as a whole is just so compelling. So as a fun little project (this actually took a lot longer than you would expect), I decided to try and classify every single champion (137 currently, Kayn being the most recent) into the classic Moral Alignment system of Lawful Good-Chaotic Evil. The link is to the article I used for definition, so if you have questions, try reading that first, and if you still disagree, there's a decent chance you're right. I tried to read as much lore/short stories for every champion as possible so I could be accurate, but likelihood is I still messed up. Without further ado, here's the list.

So here's where my disclaimer comes in. There are a ton of champions that could fit into multiple alignments, that's kinda important in developing interesting and compelling characters. An example I'll give is . She is an agent of the Law, being a bounty hunter, so you'd assume she would be on the lawful side of the alignments, and you could make an argument for her to be Lawful Good or Neutral Good. However, from what I found in her lore, she respects the law, but not really in its application to herself, and she definitely lives outside of the orthodox ways of Bilgewater.

Another archetype of character that was hard to classify are those characters who don't really have a concrete motive. Examples of this would be , , and . We don't really have any examples of them responding to dilemmas, and therefore I could only guess at their alignments based on personality.

Thirdly, are the champions that just don't have lore at the moment. Mostly, this is due to the retconning of Summoners and the Institute of War. , , and are all good examples of this, as their lore included summoners or the Institute as some integral part. Then there's . While his lore was based on the Institute of War, it also never explained anything to begin with. And since the entire point of Jax is that he's mysterious, I just pulled a cop-out and put him in True Neutral.

In addition, I'd love to see some discussion about the Alignment of champions in a more broad sense, i.e is it good or bad that Lawful Good is the most common Alignment, do your favorite champions all have similar Alignment, how well does a particular champion express their Alignment with in-game VO?
