Can you sell tier 3 runes if you made a mistake on which runes to buy?

(title) I bought 3 armor penetration marks, and I meant to buy magic penetration marks (For Diana Mid, and because hybrid penetration marks are too expensive right now), is there a way to sell these so I can buy the right runes?

I don't think runes are refundable. Champions and skins are, but runes are not.

If they were refundable this is the way to check for it:

Click on the orange shop button
On the left side will be a tab that says "purchases" click it
In this screen will be all your recent purchases. If you can refund it there will be a refund button on the side of the rune. Otherwise they are not refundable.
