Cant get through series to gold

Carried 2 friends through their series. I lose my series every time in it. My alt account got into gold (Not all champions so hard to climb) but last game, cho fed 4 kills to xin (me being vayne it really was hard to beat a fed xin) game before that every lane lost (although got top a kill and pushed their mid out for free farm) and got blamed for it too.

Seriously. Can I just get the same teams I get when climbing?
