Did anyone else notice that the other thread by this name got deleted? Instead of answering questions to The Riven Main who got wrongfully banned, they just deleted the thread and swept it under the rug. How hard is it to respond to a thread? I guess a lot harder than just hitting the delete button and not worrying about it.

They don't remove threads because they don't want to answer it. They remove them because the poster isn't following forum guidelines.

What guidelines wasn't he following? Is there a guideline that says you can't complain about riot when they ignore your support tickets?
