Why did Riot ask if it thought my game was fair?

I've been on a losing streak (to where I reached 0LP Gold 5 from 90LP Gold 4 with maybe 3 wins). After one of these games, where I lost my gained LP and went back down to near Silver status, Riot asked me if I thought the game I just played was fair.

Is this a trick question? Is Riot asking me this because it wants to know if playing with/against Silver players is difficult, or if it's just hard to carry my team? Because I'm tilted, I'm sure it's Riot telling me I belong in Silver
