Stuck on Loading Screen

I queue up for ranked. Everything is fine in terms of connection and the like, but once I get to the loading screen, mine is stuck at 0%. My internet works fine, I alt-tabbed out to check. However, when I finally get loaded in, the game takes me directly to the end-of-game screen where I get penalized because of the remake.

The issue is that I was in the loading screen the entire time. I did not close out. I did not restart the client. I was sitting there, waiting for the game to start.

This has happened to me twice today.

Is there a way that I can fix this myself, or does Riot have to do something about this?? Has anyone ese experienced the same problem?
