why old players quit league explained with real life example

for all those people who heard about that excuse that old players quitting league because it's turning almost 100% team relying game. i know it's not a right excuse and it's a team game it suppose to be like that and it's improving bla bla bla. i won't talk alot because many people already did and still new players don't get it . so i will give a real life example.

In a football match. where it's an 11 player team game. do you prefer watching or playing those matches where it goes by only 3 mechanics all the 90 min like a program which is more like pass the ball if if it works pass again if else retreat to defence positions if close to goal aim and shoot if else pass the ball

so would you prefer those matches or the matches that have risks taken plays fails and highlights and certain known players that is known to take risks so old players are used to do this stuff. so when they are sad that it's all about team know it's logical because they want to get credit for the win they want to get praised does pro football players like messi and ronaldo for example even care about their team ? they change teams alot ( pro players) they only care about their indvidual skills you know why korea and those countries are dominating League of legends those last 2 years? because the game is turning into that program which they are good at thanks god football still the same or it would be boring as hell to see those guys dominating it so old players only cared about how they do i don't say i lose because my team shit i don't care if i lose or i win i just want to make plays fails or success and be able to make a big change in game just by my own now it's alot harder that's all

would like to hear your comments and your adds too :D but pls don't talk about community being toxic or people saying they lose ranked because team that's not the subject here :D
