Are there going to still be rune pages? In the new system?

since the old rune system is getting refurbished completely. Are there going to be anymore rune pages? If not what is replacing them? But if you are keeping the pages, are you going to make rune pages cheaper because rune pages are already expensive as it is especially the 7 rune page pack. Would love to know some information on this Riot.

They are completely removing the costs of runes and rune pages.
