i keep getting to 100 percent on the loading screen and then it says i disconnected but i look at my connection and i have 4 bars it does this until the game ends and it sends me to the stats screen so what gives

4 bars on your wifi simply means you have a good connection to your router. Your router may have a bad connection through the wire or there may be a variety of other issues (firewalls on your computer, corrupted client, and more). Talk to Riot support, they can help you work through this.
