The New Feedback system

Since the new feedback system I have reported two people from two different games (One for negative attitude and the other for verbal abuse) and have yet to get any sort of feedback. How long does it generally take to get notified and will it not notify me if nothing was done (IE it was deemed not worthy of a ban) I thought this was supposed to be within 15 minutes but it's been well over that.
