PBE Application Accepting
So, is there a set date on when applicants are accepted in or is it completely random at any given time? <---Keeping it short and sweet

Occasionally they'll announce that they're accepting a new wave of applicants. There are also a few accepted every so often between those. Just apply and see what happens; even though there's no acceptance wave going on right now, maybe you'll get lucky.
