why is matchmaking so broken?

thats unranked me with 15 wins total in normals (16 losses). i own 12 champions and dont have all my runes yet.

i am laning against a season 5 diamond hecarim with 3 golds and a bronze 2 on his team.

i doubt i could even match the bronze 2. what am i supposed to do against a diamond hecarim? why riot?

and yes i am in solo Q not teamed with anyone.

EDIT: my name is HL FRIEND with a lowercase L not to be mistaken with 'hi friend' who is actually a diamond player but is not me.
