Champs who need skins.

For note. I do not count team skins as a champ getting a skin. They got it because they were used and won and not because they were planned to get a skin. Also not counting limited time skin such as team and seasonal skins. These champs need skins that are available year round.

Yorick. I know they said he isn't getting anything til his rework but come on. He came out on June 22, 2011 and has not got a skin. Sion. Seriously, he got his huge rework, got nerfed and then was forgotten about. His last skin was July 18, 2011. Swain. His last skin was in May of 2012. Kennen. His last skin was December 26, 2011. Urgot. His last skin was March 5, 2012. Rengar. While his last skin wasn't to long ago being releasing May 20, 2014. He's only gotten one skin since release which was Aug 21, 2012. Talon. His last skin was Jan 10, 2012. Shen. Last skin was April 18, 2012 Orianna. Her last permanent skin was Feb 29, 2012. Cassiopeia. Last skin was Feb 8, 2013. Shyvana. Last skin was April 30, 2013.

There are many more champs who need skins but this is just a few of the worst offenders. Like Kennen hasn't had a skin in over 4 years but Jinx got picked for a new skin twice in one year. Seems fair.

I don't get why people think seasonal skins don't count. That makes little to no sense. By that logic Riven, Annie, Ryze should get skins because if you aren't counting their seasonal/legacy skins they don't have that much skins.

As for the topic there are a number of champions who "need" new skins. Taric being my main gripe for not having a new skins in a few years. But they keep using the excuse that he is in a rework soon, but they been using that excuse for years as well. Urgot, Yorick, to some extent Udyr, and all the newer champions but then again they are new so they usually give them a year till after their release to give them a skin (aside from special cases like championship skins.

All in all its really annoying when you have champs go years without getting a skin it's horrible, and yet they'll give skins to champs like Annie, blitz, TF, Ahri, and other champs who already have too many skins. I understand they are older champs so it's only logical for them to have more skins. But I feel they can go for at least one year without getting a new skin so that othe champs who have gone for years without a skin can at least get something.

The thing is though the longer they wait the longer our expectation of the skin gets higher and higher or else why did it take so long for them to get a skin if you are only going to give them say a 750 skin after years without one? This is why they need to have some deadline for certain champs getting skins.
