Are Star Guardian Lux and Super Galaxy Rumble Part of the Same skin Theme?

Super Galaxy Rumble is based on the show Gurren Lagann, and Star Guardian Lux is based off of Sailor Moon (and possibly other magical girl shows like Madoka Magica). I don't think they consider "anime" a skin theme.
They both happen to be anime themed skins, but other than that, they have no affiliation with each other.
