Hey, your image was posted incorrectly, so I went ahead and fixed it. When posting an image to the boards, you don't need to use the "link" section. Just right click the image, click "copy image URL" (wording varies by browser), and paste the URL into the body of the thread. With imgur images, you also need to add [/img] to the end to center it correctly.

It's either photoshop, or this one bug that I know.
Sometimes if you click to honor someone too fast after the honor screen appears, the client will bug and it will display the honor screen again. Then you can honor another person, but afterwards, you lose interaction with the client (unable to click anything like "play again" or the "X" button, or even interact with your chat), leaving you no choice but to re-loggin.
Maybe someone in your team clicked the honor too fast and got into this bug, resulting the double honor. I know about this because when this bug happened to me I checked with my brother who sat beside me and clicked to honor him in both re-appearing honor screens. And yes he received three honors, 2 of them right after I click on my screen (meaning that the fact that the screen honor appears twice is not merely a visual bug and still rewards the honor).
I've already reported this bug, but it seems that Riot hasn't addressed to it or found a fix yet.

Vayne got the honors , there is no way you will get 3 honors when you are 6/3 and Vayne is 17/4 and it doesn't show the honor circle thing under your name unless you are less than lvl 3 honor I had the same bug too , and there was a bug when I had a match where we had to remake and still I got 4 honors , like what the heck , you can't honor after a remake , and had matches where everyone had 3 or 4 honors
