y'know what? To hell with you riot and your soft reset. I won 8/10 placement. I was silver season6. To hell with this game. I quit. FU riot. I'm done. Worked way too hard to be placed in BRONZE! Soft reset my butt! It's just a way for you to keep people playing in a rigged system that is geared toward preventing you from advancing. Screw you guys. You are just trying to get people addicted to the game because you know if people are able to advance like they should they might lose interest. But this crap is backfiring this time. I'm done. Game uninstalled! bronze 3 W-T-F!

You were Silver 5 with 0 LP last season, so chances are your MMR was bronze. The system is not designed to stop you from climbing. When I go on my smurfs I climb without any problems, so clearly there is no system in place preventing the ability to climb fast.

In ranked, you are matched against people rated so that there is a 50/50 chance of winning, so that it is fair.

In placements, players win matches to "to test out of" of divisions lower than their level of play. Winning against the players that you are rated against, who are amongst the lowest on the ladder, cannot demonstrate that you should "test out of" a lower division which does not exist.

a rigged system that is geared toward preventing you from advancing.

The reality is so opposite of that, it is actually causing problems in higher levels of play.
