42 game chat ban

i just got a 42 game ban for no ewason pls explain. ive never gotten a verbal abuse warning and on other accounts when i flamed for having a bad team i had only a 5 game so why on this account with 0 record did i get a 42 game ban,

contact support asking why you were banned. riot's customer service is usually pretty timely (at least for me), and will probably respond within a day or two.
