Jinx is crazy, but she fully understands what she's doing and can have a moment of not mass destruction.
But Shaco is a demon. He's evil on levels of nature. Him being sadistic is just part of being evil.
He has fun ruining lives, she has fun doing what she wants. I don't see there being anything that would make it cute. It's definitely not a Joker x Harleyquinn moment.
I think they would be more interested in blowing/knifing each other up instead of spare maybe 2 seconds sitting down and talk about themselves to each other.
Hence well, doesn't matter how convincing a ship is or how similar they are. This ship most likely won't ever happen.
I think they could be friends, but I am unsure about their potential beyond that.
