I didn't think it was true until someone pointed it out and when I had my solo 1v1 at bot lane and won, but simply better sustain. I don't think any human player can react and kite in such a way as that kat did. I played kat. Being that instantaneous and just out of AA range/Cinderhulk is odd. The aggression on low health vs a low health tanky jungler. Most players aren't that reckless.
I think you need to back up and reform you're post.
I really have no idea what you are trying to point out.
kat's are notoriously aggressive when low health since a kill or assist lets them retreat or chain abilities.
Kat seems an odd choice for a script champ since she has 0 skillshots.
unless you're trying to say she was using a dodge script
Kat has an extremely easy playstyle. Nobody would bother scripting on her. Most scripters you find will be skillshot reliant champions like Xerath and Cassio.
