I just checked my last game in my match history, and I placed 25 wards, the most on my team. I played Jungle I was also the only one to upgrade it. ?????????????????? y u do dis team

Do trinkets count towards that total?
Are they quality wards though? That is the question. And do you have wards when you need them? That is also important. You can place a shit ton of wards and still have terrible ward coverage.

Did you win that game? Because you deserved to. Hate to see hardworking supports lose simply because of the 3-ward limit.
Depends on how long the game took and where the wards have been placed. If the game took 50 min and you warded empty baron 1 min before dragon respawns (or swapped in lategame) it's not that much of a deal at all :)
But I think you did your job properly and Ekko just died stupid in a bush and had to blame someone ;D
The absolute worst. I had a duo one time that told me we needed to ward more (I was jungle). So after the loss, he flamed our team because we had no vision, gg. Look at his history, 250g upgrade? Nah. Any wards bought, ever? Nah. People think they're above it, but if you watch even ranked 5's of Gold + you'll see that every person buys wards. It's sad when you thank an ADC for actually buying a ward.. Should be commonplace.
Haha so my adc complained that the reason he died in a midgame pick was because I -his support- wasn't warding. My response was "There are 3 wards on the map and I placed all of them". LoL he didn't say anything the rest of the game

Climbing out of bronze I think I probably out warded our support every other game. I wasn't as good at predicting map movement and guessing where the enemy was as I am now so I really needed to have the wards up to survive and was always pushed with the donger so I almost always bought as soon as I could and used it on CD pretty much.

While I do agree that it never feels good to be called out on our performance (in this case on warding) while the person calling you out is clearly not doing the same level of work as you, the picture here doesn't give enough information to see the full context on the comment. How long was the game? Twenty two is a good amount for a twenty minute game it is really low for a forty minute game. Was there an early sight-stone thus speeding up the average level of wards? Was he just talking about pink wards? Was this player just tunnel visioning on periods of low warding on the map due to any number of reasons?
To be clear when a player such as this Ekko drops only five wards in a game they are in no position to talk about warding no matter what factors are at play. I just think that I don't know enough to see that comment in full context.
