Karma's skins out of date
I noticed that two of Karma's skins, Sun goddess and Sakura, still have the splash art from before she was changed almost completely. I know she isn't very popular, but the art is still from when she used fans.

Her skin arts will be changed, in due time. The art team is focused on updating default splashes for now.
Same with Trundle's pre-rework skins.
Since we're obviously never getting old Karma back in any way, shape or form. Yes they need to be changed.
This is the case with many champs who received a VU(Or relaunch),just look at Trundles or twitchs skins.
As far as i remember they said they'd focus on the classic splash arts first and then they'll start to work on the skin splash arts.
I doubt they're going to update the splashes because they're from the original champion, prior to the rework. They're just keeping these skins from that time, just like the traditional skins (if you own them).
I wouldn't say no due to "lack of popularity", but rather, because they're simple as old as the traditional champion, and should be preserved in that way.
