A new Zed skin coming out

So I was going through the game files today and found a file named "Zed Splash 3". Now Zed only has 2 skins out, and unless im wrong, this means there is going to be another skin for him. Since Riot hasn't said anything about this yet, i'm not sure if there is actually going to be one or not, but just thought i'd share what I found
