and I don't even have the chance to get tanky enough while going full tank. Draven's who build 3 BF's and don't finish an item till like 25-30 minutes in. What the hell is this bullshit.
That is pretty standard silver from what I can tell from watching my silver buddies. Inability to build correctly or adapt their build to the situation is part of what keeps them stuck there.
It has nothing to do with silver.... Its because ranking up at the lower levels has little to do with an "individuals" skill and everything to do with the team's "luck of the draw"
So you will get complete bronze players pulled from their bronze ranks up to silver and even gold because they luck into having teamates that are better players.
It is also why you will see some really great players stuck in bronze and silver.
