Should I still buy Rek'Sai?
I played Rek'sai when she was free to play and I was really good with her and really liked her. I was considering buying her but then the nerf came and I'm not sure if she is still good. Should I buy her?

If you liked playing as her, get her. You found a part of the game enjoyable, and if you were good with her that means that you were doing at least something right and were not a detriment to your team. As long as you find something fun and don't hurt others with it, then do it.
To be honest, whether or not a champion is considered "good" or "viable" is irrelevant, though in this case, Rek'Sai may not be as annoying as she was on release, but she's still got a really strong kit. If you can use a champion and have fun doing it, then do it. For example, I love playing Urgot. I know he's considered really weak by most people, but I think he's really fun to play and so found ways to make him work. It's gotten to the point now where my friends sometimes ban him from me when we do custom games against each other.
Shes received another massive nerf on the pbe just yesterday, but if you like her for her concept and not for the damage and oppressiveness(most of which will be gone by next patch) then go for it
