I have a lot of really good ideas with champions and skins, but i cant draw for my life. Is there anyone out there that is good at concept art that is looking to help a guy out?

Do you want digital artwork or pencil artwork? Do you want character concept art or including backgrounds etc. Colour? Black and white? Just a little more detail maybe someone can assist when they know what you're actually looking for.
